Accept for the long way to speak with a representative, the service I got was excellent. Both times I had to go in, the representatives were very knowledgeable and patient and helpful.

My 14 pro max died on me suddenly and had to get a replacement set up asap. Aga went above and beyond to patiently help me get my new phone set up and running. Best T-Mobile service I’ve ever encountered. She made the difference. I will be coming back if I need anything else.
