I visited this T-Mobile store with my son, who has mental health challenges. Due to a very long wait for a warranty exchange, my son became highly anxious, loud, and irritated. A wonderful employee named Adriana (short hair and glasses) completely turned our night around. Even before we were helped, she consistently checked on everyone in line to give wait-time updates. I had a really uncomfortable experience with one of the male employees at this location. We arrived before another customer, but he helped her before us. Then he told me I would have to wait another 30–40 minutes because he was the only employee who spoke Spanish, without even asking if I spoke English or if I was comfortable being helped in English.
