We had a wonderful experience with Toshi at the T-Mobile Experience Store in Northridge! We were helping our 88-year-old neighbor upgrade her iPhone, and Toshi was terrific. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and made the experience easy and pleasant. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you, Toshi!
I had a terrible experience with T-Mobile. The employees clearly lacked the knowledge and professionalism needed to assist customers properly. They kept us waiting for an hour and a half, only to tell us at the end that the device we needed was not available in the store. How can a store waste a customer’s time for 90 minutes without confirming whether the device is even in stock? This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of communication, organization, and respect for customers’ time. I expected much better... read more
