Great friendly service I was short on time so they let me pick up my modem and the guy I called on the phone to help me set up internet connection was really helpful and friendly and when he learned I was a gamer he let me know to get a ether net cord for my Ps4 and I've had faster way faster download times and never get booted off TMobile phone is Awsome and internet is Awsome just get a ethernet cable for gaming and you're set. I was impressed that they told me that thanks TMobile as always ya'll are Awsome
The workers were nice. Right when you walk in, someone takes your information down and puts you on a list to be seen. It works. The staff is knowledgeable.

I stopped in yesterday to see about switching from Verizon after another dropped call while in my home due to no service. Ryan got my phone switched over flawlessly in possibly record time? He went out of his way to explore promotion options and discounts I may qualify for. He explained everything in detail and made sure that I left fully prepared to begin my adventure with T-Mobile.
