Always at least a 45 minute wait! Hire more people! It’s ridiculous that you cannot get service! Open more stores or hire people. For the amount of money I pay monthly. I should not have to wait near an hour just to get a new Screen protector! Zero customer service. Do not recommend unless you have a lot of time to wait.
If I could give this store zero stars, I would. When I first joined T-Mobile, I paid $120 for screen protectors for two phones. I was told they included free lifetime replacements for as long as I had the phones and that I could simply visit the store whenever a protector broke. Today, I went in to get a replacement and was told I didn’t have the required protection plan. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. 4 stars because all the accessory prices are not displayed you have to ask for each item.
Returned after a while. Was excited to get the ball rolling until Daniel hit me with the wrong math with no backup plan or explanation after full payment and bill. A shame.
