We had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store! The entire team was very friendly, attentive, and professional, and we truly appreciated the excellent customer service. I especially want to recognize Daniel. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and showed us all the options. I had an issue with my phone when I went into the store I was helped right away and the woman was kind and took care of the problem immediately
Helpful associate answered my questions about their internet plans. I'm already a T-Mobile phone customer and I will probably be bringing up with Comcast to go with T-Mobile. I hope it works.
