I recently visited the T-Mobile store in Willow Grove, and the temperature inside was unbearable. It was so hot that the employees were visibly sweating, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and, honestly, unhygienic for customers. Just wanted to share the pleasant service I received from a staff member at the TMobile store in Willow Grove. They made sure I got my bag (a perk that the company offered) and they were so pleasant about it. I thanked them in person however want to thank them publicly. They reminded me that warm and pleasant customer service is alive and well

Everyone that works at this location are above and beyond! From being greeted when walking in and throughout the whole process of upgrading my phone, hands down the best customer service I've seen recently. Josh at this location helped me upgrade my phone, the process was smoothe, quick, and and just overall outstanding! Great job to all the employees working that day!
