I went in T-Mobile started a phone line. They said I would be charged $72 taxes fees and everything. And I can cancel anytime. I wasn’t happy so I canceled my service after about six days. The gentleman told me that I would be prorated for the charges and the usage which comes out to be about 15 $20 at the most. He said to call T-Mobile. I stayed on the line with them for over an hour and nobody called me back or answer my telephone call at this point I was done with T-Mobile. If you know me, you know I can be a little impatient sometimes 😂 But I want to give a huge shoutout to Joni at the T-Mobile store on the South Loop in Lubbock, Texas! She handled everything with so much grace, kindness, and patience. Not only did she take great care of us, but my son had an absolute blast setting up the new phone his mom got him for his 14th birthday. It turned into such a great experience for him. Brittany was so rude, she was 0 help. Not one ounce of customer service. She was too busy texting on her phone instead of assisting me in the process and expected me to just know what she was saying. Mind you this is my second time coming to the store I’m still a fairly new customer.
