I wanted assistance changing my auto pay due date. I live on a tight budget, and pulling funds early could up-end my month. Anannis, and Quentin corrected the auto pay setup and explained how to work my Tlife app regarding my billing/payments moving forward. Rockstar's both of them! Very happy with the end result! Went in to trade in my phone around 6:45 Friday July 31st Employee seemed eager to leav so whenever I sat down to do the trade he had me go on the app and set everything up.. I asked him multiple times about the process and he said just keep going. Me not knowing actually ordered the phone to be shipped to my house. But apparently it was my fault this happened
