The wait is very long but the people are very helpful!
I went in T-Mobile started a phone line. They said I would be charged $72 taxes fees and everything. And I can cancel anytime. I wasn’t happy so I canceled my service after about six days. The gentleman told me that I would be prorated for the charges and the usage which comes out to be about 15 $20 at the most. He said to call T-Mobile. I stayed on the line with them for over an hour and nobody called me back or answer my telephone call at this point I was done with T-Mobile.
