Had an issue with my internet i had tried to fix through several T Mobile stores over several years with my internet not working for certain apps, nobody ever seemed to know the issue. When i came in today Bryce and G immediately got to work trying to fix the issue going above and beyond until they eventually fixed the issue. These guys are the most helpful T Mobile representatives i have ever spoke to. Big thanks to them!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years and had hoped to use T-Mobile for a new business that I'm opening. I spoke with Mario on the phone and asked many questions about business internet and phone lines. He quoted me an internet price and line cost, and added that the phone would be free. When I went into the store to set things up, I was told by the manager that none of the plans that I was quoted even exist! I went to another location and was disappointed left a was mad how they spoke to me and went to this location I was there from 1230 to around 7 on and off I left a few times to take care of some things. But I won’t ever go to another location, they were amazing all 3 of the employees, Vinny, Mario and I apologize but I forgot the other gentleman’s name.
