Store manager is absolutely ridiculous, a serious joke. Brought in a phone that I have insurance on, tmobile sent the phone to the store and he wouldn’t do the waranty exchange?

I’ve been a T-Mobile costumer for close to a decades. Always have walked out happy on the few occasions I’ve needed to go into the store over the years. Went to upgrade phones, Giovanni and the rest of the staff did a great job attending to us and all the others in the store. They did a great job clearly explaining all of our options and helping us decide on the best route for our needs.

Had an issue with my internet i had tried to fix through several T Mobile stores over several years with my internet not working for certain apps, nobody ever seemed to know the issue. When i came in today Bryce and G immediately got to work trying to fix the issue going above and beyond until they eventually fixed the issue. These guys are the most helpful T Mobile representatives i have ever spoke to. Big thanks to them!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years and had hoped to use T-Mobile for a new business that I'm opening. I spoke with Mario on the phone and asked many questions about business internet and phone lines. He quoted me an internet price and line cost, and added that the phone would be free. When I went into the store to set things up, I was told by the manager that none of the plans that I was quoted even exist!
