DO NOT GO HERE! THEY CLOSE ON THE 20TH, GO TO THE STORE ON MCKINLEY OR ANOTHER CORPORATE STORE! Scam artists adding lines to people's accounts to pad their pockets before they get shut down
Nothing but lies coming out of this store. My bills was SO messed up. Go to a corporate store, they’re much more knowledgeable!
I was in great distress and your manger G helped me so much the stress relief lowered my blood pressure I can’t thank you enough for such a great person.
Store manager is absolutely ridiculous, a serious joke. Brought in a phone that I have insurance on, tmobile sent the phone to the store and he wouldn’t do the waranty exchange?
I’ve been a T-Mobile costumer for close to a decades. Always have walked out happy on the few occasions I’ve needed to go into the store over the years. Went to upgrade phones, Giovanni and the rest of the staff did a great job attending to us and all the others in the store. They did a great job clearly explaining all of our options and helping us decide on the best route for our needs.
