I should have listened to other reviews. They will quote you one price and bill you far more. I definitely learned my lesson.
Came to this location because I needed help with my account. The gentleman there (Renzo) was there assisting a few customers at the time. He did a STELLAR job juggling multiple people, including me! I had to wait a little bit longer than anticipated but because of Renzo’s kindness, patiences and genuine concern for helping us .. I didn’t mind one bit! I usually go to another T-Mobile for my needs but will return to this particular store because of Renzo. He was very engaging even while multitasking.
Tech Renzo at the Grey St branch was extremely helpful and helped navigate an unusual situation to get me on to a new phone.
Came here today at 12:16pm. Hours online and on the door say open. Door is locked and it says “updating software.” What? Then close your business. Will never come back to this dump.
Why would I even bother going here, they won't even answer their phones when you call. I even let it ring for 5 minutes and nothing.
