Just called the store and the guy who answered literally hung up on me when I asked what 256 gb of space on a new phone supports. Great customer service T-mobile
Staff extremely rude. Poor customer service. Just because they are having a bad day doesn't mean they should treat potential customers poorly.
left AT&T and worked with Jonathan made it a smooth as can be and we are so happy with are new phones and are excited to be on T Mobile and get T Mobile Tuesdays
Hunter was amazing helped us switch over from Verizon. He got everything working with are old number and helped us save alot of money thank you!
