Absolutely great customer service from Valentine and Hunter, very outgoing and definitely know how to keep a customer! We were there for hours and they made time pass by very quickly and did everything they could to make sure I figured out what was wrong with my phone.

Pick up your damn phone when people call. Also, dont take advantage of older people like you did my mom. Sold her a new phone when she had a warranty to get it fixed.

Admittedly dealing with a challenging situation. But I have been bounced back and forth from a physical store to customer care multiple times. The rude attitude, the unwillingness to even look into my account and the notes and the situation, this is not quality customer service. I specifically was treated this way by the manager. So do with that what you will. Disappointed.

Horrible customer service wasn't in the store more than 5 minutes on a slow afternoon. Travis the gm was so inappropriate he nearly grabbed us after aggressively telling us to move forward and we had already 2 times 2 customers in the store 3 associate and couldn't get help or respectful service.
