Horrible customer service wasn't in the store more than 5 minutes on a slow afternoon. Travis the gm was so inappropriate he nearly grabbed us after aggressively telling us to move forward and we had already 2 times 2 customers in the store 3 associate and couldn't get help or respectful service.

I was having trouble getting my phone to charge. I was stressed as I am about to start a new job and am awaiting a call from my new employer with little cash for a new phone. I took my phone to the Tmobile in Monroe and Dominick was incredibly helpful and within 5 minutes had my phone charging better than before.

I went in 3 times but was never willing to wait an unlimited or at least an unknown amount of time in order to be served. I went to a different t mobile as I happened to be in Monroe that was not busy

Just called the store and the guy who answered literally hung up on me when I asked what 256 gb of space on a new phone supports. Great customer service T-mobile
