I'm willing to give anyone or any store the benefit of a doubt. But if I come away from any interaction feeling like I've been cheated, then I won't want to do business with them again. And I've come away from my recent interaction with T-Mobile of Canton, Texas feeling very, VERY cheated. The store manager is absolutely amazing. Everyone in there is! Becca, Jonathan, and Val had me in there today absolutely cracking up with all the jokes they were making. They made sure my bill was at an amazing rate and even beat Verizon! I’m so glad I came into this store! Ask for Becca anytime you go in she’ll get you the best deals around and get you into the phone you want!
Im not sure if I trust this canton store. Found out that the internet service i have is the business plan and not the residential plan that I needed. Now, I'm paying a higher rate then I should. Instead of giving the customer what they really need they are just looking for a way to up sale. That's not good. Look out !!!
Store doesn’t keep product in stock does not do T-Mobile Tuesdays as stated in the app as they do, but they don’t so don’t waste your time at this store
