Absolutely amazing Becca is such an amazing manager she helped me with all of my questions and was super sweet to me and my family she was super patient with us and overall 10/10 I recommend asking for her or Jonathan they are both amazing thank you canton TMOBILE :)

The customer service sucked. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience for me to be in there. Kept sighing every time a question was asked. Was a horrible experience. Will never go back.
I'm willing to give anyone or any store the benefit of a doubt. But if I come away from any interaction feeling like I've been cheated, then I won't want to do business with them again. And I've come away from my recent interaction with T-Mobile of Canton, Texas feeling very, VERY cheated. Until a few months ago, my phone was with Boost Mobile for $30/month and my home internet was with T-Mobile for $50/month. The store manager is absolutely amazing. Everyone in there is! Becca, Jonathan, and Val had me in there today absolutely cracking up with all the jokes they were making. They made sure my bill was at an amazing rate and even beat Verizon! I’m so glad I came into this store! Ask for Becca anytime you go in she’ll get you the best deals around and get you into the phone you want!
