Store doesn’t keep product in stock does not do T-Mobile Tuesdays as stated in the app as they do, but they don’t so don’t waste your time at this store

Do not do business here! Over a month ago I was shopping for a new phone and phone plan, I stopped in and it sounded like they had the best deal to fit my neeeds we go all the way through the process and they tried to tell me I had to pay a $400 downpayment for the phone. I understand that’s not their fault and I moved on however they ran my credit WITHOUT my knowledge, set up a phone line in my name then never cancelled it. I wouldn't recommend coming here because they'll do anything for sales to trap you and then force you to have to go back and forth with Customer Service ultimately wasting your time with supposed "deals" on new devices just to ensnare you with multiple lines. On top of that the workers aren't exactly the friendliest nor do they care much for their hygiene 😭 you're better off coming masked if you don't wanna choke on the smell!
