I just upgraded my phone at the t-mobile store in Spring Hill, Tn near Marketplace. They are so on point with customer service, efficiency, and professionalism. The team there made me feel like so welcomed my business. They took care of all my cellular need, and I also ended up getting another phone at no cost. I'm very satisfied.
I came into this T-Mobile location today to trade in a phone, and unfortunately the customer service was extremely disappointing. When my husband and I walked in, we were the only customers in the store. The employees were all gathered around the main counter on their phones, and it genuinely felt like our presence interrupted them rather than being welcomed as customers.
