My partner and I went into the Capitola store, as my phone was losing power, and I needed to get a new one. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (he was tall with longish hair) - but he was very patient and professional when helping me decide on a new phone, and answered any questions that I had, and my new phone is great!
Got a new phone, stopped at T-Mobile and they swapped me over from the old phone to the new phone almost instantly. Been a T-Mobile customer for 8 years, have really no complaints. Great service, fast response, knowledgeable service helpers.
Went into the tmobile on Clares street. Needed to upgrade my phone, easy. The person there was persuading us to do the whole transaction online and saying how much easier that would be. Felt very unwelcoming. Of course we know we can do it online. We drove to store because we wanted the new phone in our hand the same day. We ended up going to the tmobile in Scotts Valley, they were so helpful. Got our new phone👍 go to Scott’s Valley instead.
