Walked in today with one worker working the lobby for about 45 minutes. Justin was working with a customer while who ever was supposed Tod to be working with him was in the back room. Ridiculous customers service. I won’t be back in this location.
My partner and I went into the Capitola store, as my phone was losing power, and I needed to get a new one. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (he was tall with longish hair) - but he was very patient and professional when helping me decide on a new phone, and answered any questions that I had, and my new phone is great!
