This store is full of LIARSSSSS! I came in at 7 pm on friday 04/17/2026 needing to buy a new phone because my phone had broken, the workers there then informed me that i could NOT purchase a phone as they couldn't sell me a phone without a manager present which is absolute bs! Eugene is the best! He was so patient with me and very helpful!! He called locations to find my phone and help me out. Saved me time and gas!!! Thanks Eugene!!! Also, I believe he was a manager didn’t catch his name… in business clothes cool hair cut, he was very helpful as well! Great location to come to! I will be back!
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this T-Mobile location. My family has been loyal customers for over 30 years. We consistently relying on this store for our wireless needs, but our recent experiences have been frustrating and concerning. On multiple occasions, changes have been made to our account without clear explanation or proper consent. When we visit the store for assistance, we are told to contact customer service. Im soo happy to find this branch, they fixed me all the issues other branch of t mobile created. Explained everything clearly and customer friendly. Im visiting this branch only now. Highly recommend!
