A disabled woman was refused entry into the building in 80 degree weather and then was physically blocked by the worker from entering despite him being busy with another customer outside. Extremely unprofessional and I urge you to go to another location.
Edward told me to leave,so after 16 years with T mobile, that's what my family of four have decided to do. I headed to the York rd location this morning bright and early intentionally because I had always received outstanding care and service in the past.
