Hands down, THEEE best T-Mobile store in Baltimore! Edward was extremely helpful and did everything he possibly could to make sure I got the best deal on my new iPhone. This will most definitely be the only T-Mobile store I will be coming to!
McKenzie and Ed was very helpful!! Before I came to this location I went to 5 others, they were the most generous. They both have great customer service & had no problem helping me return my phone!!!
Edward was great took me in right away with no delay helped me and my family with exactly what we needed we was able to add 3 lines of service and upgrade our phones he answered all questions and had patience to help me make the right choice on service and what fit my family needs.
