Ernesto the assistant store Manager and employee Travis were very helpful. Took their time to review all options and plans, we walked away with home WiFi that better fits our needs. Thankful for their time and patience.

was having issues with our grandmothers phone, when no other t-mobile was helping her, Ernesto saved the day after already helping us and our phone concerns and gave great customer service fixing all our grandmothers problems regardless of her being many states away. ernesto was very kind and patient with her even though our grandmother struggles with managing a phone. Horrible, the young lady shook her head at me for asking questions about my account while upgrading a phone. I see why you have to close your stores. Worst customer service ever. 17 years with at-Mobile and I get this!!!!!
I had a great experience! The people who helped me, Audrey and Ernesto, were super, super nice and incredibly helpful. They made everything very easy and stress-free, and took the time to explain things so we felt comfortable and confident. Their positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. We went home with two new phones, which made the experience even better! We truly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend coming here!
