Friendly service
Everyone at the store was friendly, but the entire experience was extremely misleading. I paid $139 the day I went in and was told it was only for taxes and activation. I went in for a new phone only, and they assured me the tablet was “free” and that this was just how the promo had to be entered. I trusted what they said. Now my bill is almost $100 higher than what I was told. They said my bill would only increase by $28 per month for the Samsung S26 over the next 24 months. DUSTIN WAS GREAT!! No one wants an old lady with a broken phone show up 1st thing on a Monday morning...but Dustin could not have been any nicer & more helpful! Set up a new phone & tablet. I returned few hrs later just to use their secure wifi to finish installs and the other young guy that helped me was great too. (Sorry didn't get his name) I highly recommend this location. Thanks for all your help!
I was 100% satisfied with my experience. Bert and Dakota worked perfectly together as a team to help us with a new phone. They went above and beyond just normal customer service!!
