Bit of a story, but people should read before wasting time at this branch. I was checking online to compare deals and prices for my family's plan, and was quite satisfied with the prices presented, and chose to switch and buy a new phone, (only in stock in Owings Mills, MD, they were packed to the brim when I arrived, but still provided incredibly cordial service). Easily worst tmobile customer service Ive had in 15 years. I walk in am not greeted for several minutes then finally a girl can't even bare to stand up and greet me but I notice she is free. She waves me over when she sees me. I recently got a new phone and was told to go to the store to send my trade in back. Best she could do is print out a label for me and require me to send on my own. Even tho I was at a tmobile authorized retailer. Awesome team!!!! Phone upgrade was easy and smooth. Home Internet is extremely fast over 1.1 GB!!! Love it!!
The representative, Kat who helped me upgrade my service couldn’t have been nicer. She was informative, patient and made the transition easy. Very nice personality and it was a pleasure meeting her. Great representative for the company.
