Best experience I’ve had at a t mobile store yet my phone was ran over multiple times last time with a skid loader did it in everyone in the store was extremely helpful even with how busy it was getting me a new phone with almost all my information transferred from a phone that was completely inoperable will recommend this store to anyone I cross paths with very helpful people
Matt was a great help with getting me me fixed up with a replacement phone. He worked diligently to get everything transferred to the new phone, with the old one shutting down several times. The whole crew worked together like a well-oiled machine. Thanks again, Matt, for a great experience.

Me and my husband went to see Dakota at The Clearview plaza store in Hanover. We were making the switch from At&t to T-Mobile. My Husband's flip phone screen was black, an ongoing problem with husband's phone, which made it nearly impossible to do a transfer. Dakota troubleshooted until she figured out how to make it happen. She was determined!! And , she did it!! We could not be more pleased with our phones and our experience there. 5 plus stars for Dakota!!!
