Came here to buy a new phone. All we wanted was a new phone on payments because I already have a line. As always, they try to sell me on a watch then add a line. They wouldn’t give us stock information on what they had and said I couldn’t buy a phone unless I added a line. Although I’ve been a loyal customer of Tmobile for many years this really makes me consider going to verizon.
