I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. They signed me up for a plan that I couldn’t even use and refused to refund my money in my original payment method. I switched from metropcs to T-Mobile on November 3rd 2018 because I was going to Europe for a week and needed a plan that would allow me to call and text from Europe. I asked to sign up for the cheapest plan. Rep was completely misinformed about his own company's promo details, then wouldn't acknowledge the facts when I showed him documentation on the T-Mobile website. However, a previous visit was better. So I give them 3 out of a perfect 5 stars. Not bad, but just do your homework first before entering the store.
The phone service and plans are great. But the store is like a used car dealership. Upsell, and railroaded by people who don't understand wHt they are sell and cant answer real question. Or provide information for comparative anaylsis
The store was awesome!!!! I so enjoy the customer service from the moment I was greeted from Carmen till the end of our Activating 2 new location ne of services. They have the best people if you want Great Service. I will definitely refer more people 😁😁😁😁 Thanks Again Great Service
