Can’t believe there still operating
I was having ongoing phone issues that tech support couldn’t resolve over the phone, so they sent me to the T-Mobile store for help. While I really wish technical support could have resolved the issue without requiring a trip to the store or passing the burden onto the sales team I’m grateful for the excellent help I received once I arrived. Preston mislead me by giving “free stuff” which I was billed for gave me a huge issue to fix and was unwilling to help and showed attitude.
