This store has gone downhill with the current management. The staff is NOT helpful at all with warranty claims. All they wanna do is upgrade. Recommend ANY other store. We will not be back to this location.
Salesperson lied about the iPad being free. Manager told me he’d give me a credit for $100 for the next 5 months and that the person that sold it to me was fired. Went in a month later because I never received the credit. Sales lady informed me that the manager was fired due to credit card application fraud and that the salesperson that I originally worked with was the manager now. Talked to customer service and they promised me that they would take care of it and that I wouldn’t be charged for the iPad or money WiFi. He sai... read more
