Very very bad service. I came in to return my old T-Mobile phone and the guy working told me they do not accept anything that wasn't purchased in that store as take backs, no eye contact, just awkward an awkward explanation that made zero sense. I will never ever be coming back to this location, because of his laziness and unprofessionalism I had to drive another 20min to another T-Mobile store that actually helped me and explained to me that location can definitely take back phones, infact I took back a device at this locat... read more

Anthony, the store manager at T-Mobile, was super helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. He helped me get a new phone and set up internet service without any hassle. Great customer service and very professional!
Nita was great! Helped me quickly and efficiently and had a spark in her attitude from the moment I walked in!
