All of a sudden, this location hasn't given away freebies on Tuesdays in over a year. That's a lie, especially when this location has hugh sign up front that goes on about t mobile Tuesdays and their freebies. Not the 1st time I've had trouble out of this location.
Took my brother up to upgrade his phone because his stopped working it didn't cost much and it only took them 30 minutes start to finish. Will definitely be back up to see them.
Customer service was great. They have wonderful deals. Violet was very knowledgeable regarding the products and professional when selling other items without being pushy. I switched from Cricket mobile after at least 10yrs with them.
