I tried switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and it was a nightmare. T-Mobile is a terrible company with a history of lying to customers and fraudulent charges. In the end T-Mobile wants to charge me over $250 for 2 weeks of service because my cancellation date lapsed into a second month of their billing schedule - according to them - so they absolutely have to charge me for 2 full months of service. DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO PETALUMA INSTEAD. We came in to get a trade-in upgrade. We thought we were due for $900 off one phone and $630 off another phone. The girl said we were not eligible for this, and went into the back for 25 minutes only to come out and say we would owe $350 on our bill !!! We left and immediately went to the Petaluma location and we were Surpised to learn that ACTUALLY I was due for an $1100 upgrade and my sister was due for an $830 upgrade!!! and our bill only increased $20 a month.
