Thurs., 3/26/26 -- Excellent service today by Ms. "Glamorous" Damaris at the T-Mobile store on 3rd Street in San Rafael. I went in to open an account and purchase a SIM card for a non-T-Mobile device. She and her colleagues there took first rate care of me. Ask for Damaris to help you when you go in. 😊 Recommended! Tues., 3/31/26 -- I'm sorry, but I have to update my earlier glowing recommendation. It took two days to discover this and correct it at another T-Mobile store (the corporate store in Corte Madera). I waited at the store for an hour. I was going to the store to get my phone replaced under warranty. I said this as soon as I got into the store. After I waited an hour, I was told that I should probably come back tomorrow morning because there's only one person that could help me 😳. Mind you i was being told that they just had to get my phone out of the safe 😳. The employees lied and took advantage of me and my elderly father. Do not take elderly people here as they will take advantage of them. The employees told us we were getting free phones when switching from AT&T. They told us it would take two billing cycles for the credits to show up. Now they are saying they never promised the deal. Do not go here if you don’t want to get defrauded. The employees here commit fraud to convince you to sign up. Very concerning experience at this T-Mobile location with "unauthorized add-a-line activity" wherein the store manager, Joe S, added 4 lines without my knowledge or consent during a routine phone exchange. (Clearly this is a frequent issue given another review had the same complaint) I later contacted the store, I was told multiple times that the issue could only be resolved in person.
