DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO PETALUMA INSTEAD. We came in to get a trade-in upgrade. We thought we were due for $900 off one phone and $630 off another phone. The girl said we were not eligible for this, and went into the back for 25 minutes only to come out and say we would owe $350 on our bill !!! We left and immediately went to the Petaluma location and we were Surpised to learn that ACTUALLY I was due for an $1100 upgrade and my sister was due for an $830 upgrade!!! and our bill only increased $20 a month. Very unprofessional, slow and rude staff. They can't manage the line. They chat with the visitors for hours. Don't recommend any to go to this location.
