Trying to switch over has got to be the worst experience I have ever had. The person who helped me over the phone made it sound like I could switch and they pay off my phones. NO, my phones are now locked and I'm supposed to come up with 1600 dollars to pay them off myself and then get reimbursed. I'm a single parent on a budget. This is such a joke. I’m sorry to report the phone upgrade experience I had with T-Mobile was more of a nightmare. Here’s the facts; I traded in a iPhone 11 for a iPhone 15. They said it was the same screen size…hmm don’t think so. I could have lived with that but, the phone started overheating immediately! The cords did not (AND DO NOT BTW) fit traditional ports! That aside, the phone that I paid $65+ dollars in taxes & fees for was clearly defective. I returned the next day to return it per the 14 day return policy only to discover, I’m asked ... read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could! I went in for something that should have been so simple, but the guy who helped me was so poorly trained! What should've taken 10 minutes took over an hour, and I left without my problem being solved. I went over to the company store on Theatre, and they were great! Save yourself the trouble of going to this store. Go to the one on Theatre where the employees are actually trained and know what they're doing!
