Was having problems with Xfinity mobile because they did not understand that they DO NOT support a stand alone family paired watch even when they think they can! they escalated my issue (meaning they just put it on the shelf for months so someone else to look at). Luckily I had the smarts to go to T-Mobile and their rep/tech named May knew what I was talking about, she was awesome! I am a return customer to this location.Great customer service, the sales person explained my options and promotions well. I got my new iPhone, assisted me with setting up and transferring my information. Recommend this location for yr cell phone/internet needs as a long time T-Mobile customer. Thanks again for your help.
Extremely poor customer service at this location. I waited 25 min to get service at this T-Mobile location and I asked a staff member how long will I have to wait. The staff member got offended at my simple question. It was a clear example of amateur behavior from that staff member and I decided to leave the store since my time was more precious. Will recommend staying away from this location.
There is no staff who can attend to you, you have to wait a long time all the time No hay personal que te pueda atender tienes que esperar mucho tiempo todo el tiempo
