Tried bringing my trade in device because the app said I can bring it to any t-mobile store. And the woman working with glasses and brown pony tail refused to take it and told me to go to corporate to drop it off or take it to UPS so I waited for nothing. Either take the trade in like the website says or update the app saying you can't bring into the store thanks

Was having problems with Xfinity mobile because they did not understand that they DO NOT support a stand alone family paired watch even when they think they can! they escalated my issue (meaning they just put it on the shelf for months so someone else to look at). Luckily I had the smarts to go to T-Mobile and their rep/tech named May knew what I was talking about, she was awesome!
