I am a return customer to this location.Great customer service, the sales person explained my options and promotions well. I got my new iPhone, assisted me with setting up and transferring my information. Recommend this location for yr cell phone/internet needs as a long time T-Mobile customer. Thanks again for your help.
Extremely poor customer service at this location. I waited 25 min to get service at this T-Mobile location and I asked a staff member how long will I have to wait. The staff member got offended at my simple question. It was a clear example of amateur behavior from that staff member and I decided to leave the store since my time was more precious. Will recommend staying away from this location.

Thanks to Terrel and Manny Donuts, I got my numbers ported in. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Update: 12/19/25 @ around 10:30 am. I came to drop off my gateway and accessories because I cancelled my home internet service. I was told by the customer service lady that I needed a UPS label. I immediately called customer service and spoke with Brett. He informed me that I did NOT need a label and I could have just dropped it off at the store.
