Very knowledgeable attentive staff. When I got there both sales reps were helping one family and when I got there one of them broke away to help me.
I brought my dad to get a new phone and trade in his old one, he’s old fashioned so he wanted to get in paper proof of the trade in value. The employees printed out a receipt listing the old phone was worth $0 but kept telling us by mouth the actual trade in value was $150. Nothing on paper said the phone was traded in for $150, we kept pressing them but the employees became very rude and condescending saying they gave us a paper receipt. Terrible and incredibly unhelpful service.
David and Billy were excellent. They were so knowledgeable and Helpful
David was great and incredibly helpful. He quickly helped me solve my issue and made sure I got the best possible solution. However the lack of AC in the store is ridiculous and makes for unfit working conditions!
