Service here was good, prompt and efficient. No wait time. My rep was clear and to the point. I got everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Not bad for a walk in! Got my smart watch set up and now I can leave the phone at home to go on runs and bike rides. So convenient!
I had an extremely difficult time communicating with the staff at this location to the point where I just left because I they weren’t able to understand and assist with this simple request. I had spoken with retentions over the phone and was told they would give me a special offer and that this was all documented in my account.
