The store was empty with one employee who never left his chair. He vetted me with my T-Mobile account but did not want to help me. He told me the T-Mobile telephone service was not good. My experience with the phone service has been excellent. I asked him for help with my new Samsung telephone software and he said he knew nothing about the software because he has an Apple phone. One of the worst experiences I have had in my life, slightly new to the process and had some questions and was instantly met with horrible attitude and “I know everything and you don’t” mindset. While we tried to explain that we understood and just wanted to view options, she repeatedly told us off and pushed us out of the store. The staff are very helpful. We went in to purchase a phone and a T Mobile plan. They worked very hard to get us as much as possible with the budget we had to work with. Three staff members chimed in at different times with there knowledge. We're recommending this store to everyone we know.
