I just wanted to give a big thanks to Sarah H! She helped me when everybody else wouldn't. My phone line was supposed to be disconnected 3 months ago after going into the Paso Robles store and calling a phone support representative with that store manager. I had the worst experience at Paso Robles T-Mobile the worst experience from all the operators that I called from the Oregon call center rep leo & oby laughing thinking it's funny there charging me for something I'm not even using. Service here was good, prompt and efficient. No wait time. My rep was clear and to the point. I got everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Not bad for a walk in! Got my smart watch set up and now I can leave the phone at home to go on runs and bike rides. So convenient!
I had an extremely difficult time communicating with the staff at this location to the point where I just left because I they weren’t able to understand and assist with this simple request. I had spoken with retentions over the phone and was told they would give me a special offer and that this was all documented in my account. I simply asked the store rep if he could show me the documentation and he says no, agents cannot make notations on the account and that everyone has the same promotions.
