The store was empty with one employee who never left his chair. He vetted me with my T-Mobile account but did not want to help me. He told me the T-Mobile telephone service was not good. My experience with the phone service has been excellent. I asked him for help with my new Samsung telephone software and he said he knew nothing about the software because he has an Apple phone.
