Went in for an upgrade and they were really helpful with me, I had a problem with the account since I wasn’t authorized they explained to me what to do and helped me through all the process. Overall really good experience.
This store had no one that spoke English. Pathetic!! I felt like I was in Guatemala.
The 2 employees that worked here only spoke Spanish, no English. Fine, even after providing my phone number and explaining I did NOT have a 703 area code she couldn't comprehend and I had to write my number down to physically show her. Overall, the employee wasn't helpful in what we needed during our visit.
The worst experience ever
Went inside the store to fully purchase a new phone . The store associate told me that they couldn't sell me any phones outright but could only "finance" the phone for two years. What a ridiculous notion that was clearly meant to force me to finance a phone.
