Big improvement in the Customer Service at this T-Mobile store. Very helpful and knowledgeable Service tech Richard set up my new phone and help me with problems I was having.
I am an active T-mobile customer, that was excited to recieve a complimentary bag for t-mobile tuesdays presented online. Upon arrival I was told this is an independently owned location that does not participate in T-mobile Tuesday, this is false advertising and extremely disappointing that I wasted gas to arrive at this location that I will not be reimbursed for. Will not be returning and would not recommend this location. Feels sketchy
Quick efficient very helpful staff. The only thing I don't like is if you have a problem with a damaged phone you have to go so far to get it repaired. Other than that great place
Asked if they had a phone in stock, they said yes, made me download an app even though I said no, had me apply, had me pay, then didn’t have the phone. Terrible service, manager interrupted us rudely, and didnt even apologize for not having the phone despite my asking them to check the minute I walked in. Why waste my time if I’m telling both the employee and manager not to waste my time? Very frustrating experience. I came in for a simple phone exchange and immediately explained why I was there, showing the associate my email with the order number and account number. The first associate only spoke Spanish, and I don’t, so we couldn’t communicate effectively. I waited for a second associate who was helping another customer. When she finally spoke with me, she told me they “don’t do that” at this store.
