Danelsy is extremely helpful and friendly, more importantly, competent and knowledgeable, we have been here twice, she was always working, good for us! Everything is solved, very appreciative!
Staff was helpful, Amro was the employee who helped us — he was fantastic. He was attentive, active, let us know all of the available deals and promotions, and was a great partner in selecting a plan the worked for us. The location was clean, would recommend for anyone interested in changing plans!
Went in for an upgrade and they were really helpful with me, I had a problem with the account since I wasn’t authorized they explained to me what to do and helped me through all the process. Overall really good experience.
This store had no one that spoke English. Pathetic!! I felt like I was in Guatemala.
