I'm shocked at how deceiving T-Mobile has become. I went in to add a line and get a new phone. Ray, who I believe was a assistant manager told me the price per month would be 40 dollar. What he failed to tell me was that he added a "protection plan". He never mentioned a protection plan. He didn't even try to sell it, just secretly added it to the bill and hoped I wouldn't noticed. Yesterday I went T-Mobile on Stroudsburg mall. Ask basic print out of my final bill. They ask for my id. Had to go back att to get it. Returned 2 minutes later made wait because he had new client made after waiting for 20 minutes I will never return to that store Ever because they don't about their customers. Only 2 people working th guy that was helping me wearing pink and black Nike should a shame of himself.
Cam was awesome! He was patient and did an amazing job with the family! Thanks so much!
