RecommendedMy Pixel 3 XL had the Android 10 update last night. Woke up this morning and my phone lost all functions. Went to TMobile after work to see if they knew of any issues. Jasmine was AMAZING! she is not tech support but called her Google rep, searched online, and an hour later I was up and running. I couldn't ask for better service. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone but she restored everything back to normal. thank you, Jasmine! I will recommend you and your location to everyone I can!
