I bought a new iPhone 17 yesterday At the Sam’s Club location and were told that the phone would arrive in exactly 2 business days. After Going home getting the confirmation email, We saw that our phones will take two weeks and are on backorder. The store doesn’t seem To mind that they gave us false information. After I said that they don’t care and that we should be compensated For this inconvenience, they only offered $25 credit. Which I don’t think is enough for the major misrepresentation.
