Horrible. If you need anything with tmobile just go to an actual store. All this Costco place does is sell unnecessary things then when you notice the issues they caused they act like they are not able to fix it and send you to an actual store so they don’t have to help you. What a disgrace these people are. Super nice only when convenient to them then as soon as they activate you they throw you to any other tmobile store.

T-Mobile sucks. If a phone is purchased and paid off in full, it should be able to be unlocked. (Why was it locked to begin with?) Every time I call customer services I can’t understand what they are saying and every employee keeps putting me on hold and gives me a different excuse on why my paid in full iPhone 6s can not be unlocked. WOW. It’s been 4 years and I’m expected to remember my account pin?!? Get outta here this can’t be legal. Thanks to the fine print, multi billion dollar companies can do this to us hard working... read more
