Bad service, Two of the guys there were obviously into their phones rather than helping out on a system failure. I wanted to pay my bill at t mobile in Costco because of the convenience that I was shopping, but t mobile staff said they no longer do or accept payments because of no card reader, the staff was to busy looking at his phone rather than myself explaining the situation. Worst t mobile experience ever. The staff were super unhelpful and are definitely hired randomly. They have no common sense and are very unprofessional as well
Horrible experience never back, they had the nerve to say it wasn’t their fault. such a bad experience.
Don’t go to there for help unless you are buying. Obviously staff gets paid to sell not to help folks with T-mobile service.
