This was the first time I went there to this store please set up my Wi-Fi system so I had to do was come home plug it in and put my password in and it came right on. The two female employees that were there were very friendly answer all my questions
I've been to this location multiple times with issues with an older generation iPhone. This time I knew it was time to upgrade but the woman working there with the glasses and septum ring 9/10 is not gonna be able to do anything to help you. She hardly looked at my phone and said she couldn't help me reset it or anything. I tried T-Mobile internet but decided that we wanted to cancel that service. I took it to the T-Mobile store closest to me and was told that they couldn’t accept it without the shipping label. The person I spoke with said “just call T-Mobile, have them send you the return sticker and I will send it out for you because UPS comes here basically everyday it’s not a problem.” I called T-Mobile and did these steps while also being told what the associate told me was not true.
