Kevin was such a helpful person and really patient with me throughout the process of trading in my phone under complicated circumstances. T-Mobile has been great up until now. I understand that since the fires, there has been a loss of signals and Towers. In my area the signal has just been dropping like crazy! I understand that they're working on the issue and trying to rebuild the towers to bring back the full service, however this has been going on for 5 months and the service is still dropping.
