I have been a T-Mobile subscriber for over 5 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. I want to give a special shoutout to this particular branch in Hastings Ranch. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast and efficient. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Kevin, who helped us get a hotspot for my work and a new line for my daughter. His service was excellent, and we are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend this location!
August was extremely helpful and a breath of fresh air! He was super knowledgeable and went over and beyond to help me fix my phone! I will be definitely be returning to this store in the future.
I usually go to a different branch, but after consistently leaving there frustrated and with a headache, I decided to try this Pasadena location at Hastings Ranch.
