Great experience with Brittany she help set up my Galaxy watch LTE
I've had a pretty good time here, but one experience in particular knocked this down from being 5 stars. An employee incorrectly told me that only one promotion or the other another was applicable to my account when that was, in fact, not true. I thankfully caught the error in time and took advantage of both promotions, but the fact that I almost lost it and the fact that this incorrect info was likely told to other customers keeps my review from being 5 stars.
Mobile Expert Ali was such an angel very knowledgeable, helped me with everything took his time to explain everything and was very patient. Also solved my problem i came in for and he didn't make me wait. 10/10 again Ali Is the person to go to.

Worst company in the history of phone companies!! They have held my phone numbers hostage and refuse to allow me to transfer them to another carrier even though all my phones are paid off and no bill is owed. I have called 20x and every time they tell me the port block is off. I tried porting to mint mobile, verizon, and google and ALL OF THEM SAY TMOBILE IS BLOCKING THE TRANSFER. 16 YEARS WITH THESE PEOPLE, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
