I started with Tierra who was absolutely wonderful but I didn’t catch her in the store again due to my schedule. She was so helpful in directing me on what to do. And then I navigated with Britany and she was spectacular! So patient, understanding, kind and ever so knowledgeable. I was very lucky with both ladies. Britany will have her own store one day. She has a way with people- great customer service is so natural to her. I will be looking for her (sorry Britany, HA) when I have to get a new phone again! Tysm

TeeTee was an amazing helper, such a great soul… i was having trouble with storage and my icloud back up and she made it a breeze, she’s such a sweet sweet girl… i will definitely be returning to this location just off how great the customer service was from her… she deserves a promotion !!!
I had the best experience at this location! Tierra went above and beyond to help me. I wasn't sure which phone to choose, and she took the time to walk me through my options and helped me switch to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. I've been an Android user for years, so this was a big change for me, but she made the entire process easy and stress-free. Tierra is truly a gem! Knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful.
