I have to commend Amanda. Truly the most empathetic, efficient and supportive retail associate I have ever encountered and I worked in the business for 23 years. My daughter was having a catastrophic iPhone issue where Apple had to rebuild her phone. With my daughter being on her grandmother’s account, not knowing the pin we had to really get creative and think out of the box to get it resolved in a timely manner. Amanda was outstanding! Truly cannot say enough. Thank you!
I live in Michigan and ended up at this location due to a vacation emergency. Amanda who works at this store, was so incredibly kind, went above and beyond to help me and was so kind even towards my children while we waited for over an hour to fix something that T-Mobile didn’t even mess up. I get that helping other people is a priority, but it makes no sense to ignore potential customers, especially if they're left wandering around the store for ten minutes without so much of a glance in your direction. That's just unprofessional and rude.
Cameron (sorry if spelt wrong) is/was amazing with everything the two times went with in within a week with switching over and with our phones. 100% recommended. Thanks!
