I wanted to come here and give a huge shout-out to Abdul Aziz, who did an absolutely spectacular job helping me! Went in expecting to lose a lot. Ended up saving a lot of money thanks to this guy named Abdul. Great place!
I have to commend Amanda. Truly the most empathetic, efficient and supportive retail associate I have ever encountered and I worked in the business for 23 years. My daughter was having a catastrophic iPhone issue where Apple had to rebuild her phone. With my daughter being on her grandmother’s account, not knowing the pin we had to really get creative and think out of the box to get it resolved in a timely manner. Amanda was outstanding! Truly cannot say enough. Thank you!
I live in Michigan and ended up at this location due to a vacation emergency. I get that helping other people is a priority, but it makes no sense to ignore potential customers, especially if they're left wandering around the store for ten minutes without so much of a glance in your direction. That's just unprofessional and rude.
