Today I came here to buy my son a new phone. This is my favorite T-Mobile store in town. The staff here are amazing especially David. He is so professional, patient and detailed. He is a fantastic person that knows how to offer great customer service 👏 👍. I highly appreciate David and his team here. I will absolutely come back again to get myself a new phone here in the near future. All the best to David and all his teammates in this store! See you again soon.
before you decide to get in your car, fight traffic and park at this location, ask yourself if you have the mental capacity to deal with the air-headed reps at this place. i can almost tell you exactly what they’ll say: “please call 611. please open your app. we don’t do that in store.” useless! save your time and the inevitable hit to your mental health!
Rabbaz was an absolute godsend! I arrived to the store in a frenzy due to my own mistake and he quickly reassured me that the problem was rectifiable and graciously guided me through the process of fixing the issue. Although fixing the issue took over an hour, he was extremely personable and cool mannered throughout the entire process!
T-Mobile and this location especially must be doing really well because they clearly didn’t need my business! My mom went to go switch to T-Mobile, and a different T-Mobile store told us it was gonna be a seamless process for the rest of us too and to just go to ANY T-Mobile to get us switched over. Annnd it was anything but seamless or easy for my sisters and I. We were left without any network for a day+ until we take the day off from work to physically go to a T-Mobile store.
