You better get there at 7pm because the close at 8pm. Got there at 7:40 and received the worse service I’ve ever had by a guy named Ozzie. (I had to ask for his name because he never introduce himself). He also never made any sort of eye contact, never smiled, and even worse didn’t even thank me for purchasing a phone.
Worst company in the history of phone companies!! They have held my phone numbers hostage and refuse to allow me to transfer them to another carrier even though all my phones are paid off and no bill is owed. I have called 20x and every time they tell me the port block is off. I tried porting to mint mobile, verizon, and google and ALL OF THEM SAY TMOBILE IS BLOCKING THE TRANSFER. 16 YEARS WITH THESE PEOPLE, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Today I came here to buy my son a new phone. This is my favorite T-Mobile store in town. The staff here are amazing especially David. He is so professional, patient and detailed. He is a fantastic person that knows how to offer great customer service 👏 👍. I highly appreciate David and his team here. I will absolutely come back again to get myself a new phone here in the near future. All the best to David and all his teammates in this store! See you again soon.
