Extremely frustrating experience. I called this T-Mobile store repeatedly for nearly two hours and could not get anyone to answer the phone. According to Google, the store was not busy during this time, yet every call seemed to go unanswered. I went to trade an iphone12 pro in for the iPhone 17 pro. I was helped by Zach and was informed I would receive $830 towards the trade and my bill would increase by $11 a month. Upon viewing my bill I was being charged $43 and change per month for the new phone. Customer service instructed me to go back to the store and speak with the manager Michael. Was received with great customer service. With a situation and the girl working that helped us was so helpful. I forgot her name but she was Latina and very nice. Got us taken care of quickly.
