Michael the store manager and Zach and associate were super friendly, personable and knowledgeable regarding services and devices.
Is talking to much time until you get a survey! Only two associates have to take care for 10 costumers🤣. Actually I will give a half start
Due to US Cellular switching to T-Mobile, we had to fix our internet and my husband’s phone plan. We were at the store two days in a row due to a phone number issue with the switch but everyone greeted us both days, signed us in, and gave us an estimated wait time. Our representatives were extremely helpful- Zack and Karena. May everyone there always have green lights on their way home from a long work day.
