The staff here is so professional and always have the right criteria to help in any issues. Today Denise was so kind and just a month ago Charles helped me a lot with a Samsung watch. Definitely I recommend this place.
Very disappointing customer service. We waited for 30 minutes and were never acknowledged or greeted by a single employee. Not even a simple “hello” or “we’ll be with you shortly.” It was frustrating to stand there waiting without anyone acknowledging our presence or offering assistance. Customers shouldn’t have to wait that long just to be recognized. This experience was unprofessional and left a very bad impression of this T-Mobile location. Experience ever inside t mobile Mr Christian l had to file a claim on my apple l pad l Crack the screen he called for me and took care of everything for me he stayed with me until l finished everything and payed my deductible l could have done it without his assistance l will always come to this location excellent guys that work in the store but Christian is my go to guy he's very knowledgeable and smart
