Google, please add 0-star if possible. The store manager, Sarah, is extremely rude and unprofessional. And doesn’t deserve 1-star should be 0-star. We’ve been paying for T-Mobile’s 360-protection for almost a year due to an accident and unintentional reason. My son’s phone got damaged, and when we visited the store to inquire about repair or replacement, Sarah turned us down. She suggested going to the Apple Store instead. The staffs are very friendly and professional. Customers are greeted as soon as they enter the establishment and checked in with no delays.
Two hours. Two visits. No answers. If a store cannot solve a problem, it should at least know how to guide the customer toward one.

The person I spoke to was pretty passive aggressive but I guess they got the job done
