I recently switched carriers to T-Mobile, and while the process itself ended up being much more frustrating and time-consuming than expected, I want to recognize the team (especially Isabelle!) for their commitment to a positive customer service experience. Ohmygosh, the employees here are so nice. While transferring my info from my old phone to my new phone the employee talked to me about all kinds of things. It made the experience much more enjoyable. Not only that, but he was also very honest that he didn't use the phone I bought so he couldn't answer all my questions. I value honesty above all else. Plus, I now have their internet and it is saving me about $35 a month of what Spectrum was charging me.

The wait time was long. 30 minutes or longer. There were several people ahead of me. When they got to me, it only took them a couple of minutes to fix my problem. I was so happy to have my phone back and working. Thank you. 🙂
