Whoever the younger lady is does not know how to do her job.
Worst service. Went to look at phones and was told I had to do everything online. I had to download their app in order to see what phone options they have, all phone details and prices. They hardly had any phones in the store. The young guy "helping" me was rude and sarcastic. When I did finally decide on a phone he was switching things over from my old phone to the new phone he was falling asleep!! He couldn't answer some of my questions. I went to this store to activate my phone that I got from t mobile today, I was not in the best mood because the instructions I got with the phone did not work, the clerk was not very personable, at 1 point she tossed my old phone on the table. OK. I thank her and then continued my shopping trip. When I got home I tried to use my new phone and it did not work. I had to return to the store a 2nd time to get my phone activated.
