Stopped by T-Mobile in Mt. Iron. Jimmer was very knowledgeable, informative and kind. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. I am thinking of getting their internet and will definitely go through him if I do.

Rylee, Jimmer, and the Store Manager Todd were very helpful in resolving for me a corporate mishap that their business call center/marketing/sales team made back in December '25 when not changing over a business account to a new lower priced plan. Unfortunately, it took nearly 3 months to straighten everything out, but all three at the Mt Iron store were highly professional and went above and beyond what anyone at the corporate call center/help center managed to half try to do. Most arrogant boss. Things he knows i went there with a problem in my phone. Show off his two thousand dollar phone he tells me like the phone I sent back. Phones do go back California and Texas, but over the phone T-Mobile says they don't have phones, go back to California, somebody don't know what they're talking about. They put me through tart torture 2 months telling me that I sent it back to the wrong place. They don't have phones go back to California, but the boss that works in MO iron with fuzz on his chin.
