Stay with Verizon. Management and communication are very poor. When switching to T-Mobile our monthly payment was not as we agreed to and it took months to resolve it. It was nearly $40 higher per month than the paperwork that was agreed to and signed. Management took months to resolve this. Clean, Comfortable, and Pink (well..Magenta!!) Stopped in my local store to switch to TMobile. Logan and She She had made the experience amazing from the trade in, to the new phone set up, explained everything clearly, and saved me TONS of money.. next day: received a email from Logan thanking me for my visit and just doing a follow up it was great to hear from him, as I actually had some questions. Excellent job!!
