Frida at the 2820 N I-45 Conroe, TX 77303 store was our mobile expert and she was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and she went over and beyond to create such an excellent experience that is unforgettable. "You Rock Frida"
The salesman added a protection plan for $19 a month without my knowledge. This kind of thing is unacceptable and frankly illegal. I will never go to this store again and advise everyone to stay away from this store.
I had a sales person mislead me initially. However, I was able to reach Raquel who cleared things right up. I didn’t get the outcome I expected but it was more than acceptable. Raquel was great, I’d ask for her.
