Andrew always does a great job attending me and my family never have had experience with andrew such a straight up and genuine guy that makes our experience subtle and simple.
Went in to talk about customer retention. 2 employees in the store working with one lady. I stood there for 10 minutes and neither employee acknowledged my existence. This is the SECOND T-Mobile I walked out of today. Is this a new customer interaction skill that t-mobile is teaching?? Seems consistent. Very disappointing.
The worker took his time walking to the desk and he kept mumbling...seemed like he didn't want to work, anyways his attitude wasn't very professional and it was horrible customer service.
