This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a phone store and I don’t say that lightly. The service here is absolutely top tier. Gio, the manager, went above and beyond in every way possible. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. I would not recommend going to this store. An employee of mine went In to get a screen protector replacement for his phone as he has done multiple times at other locations with no problem at all. They gave him a hard time about it, I asked that I talk to them to see if I can clarify anything. They spoke to me in a disrespectful manner.
