I recently visited T-Mobile to set up a brand-new business account, and Tracy made the entire experience outstanding. The process took longer than expected, but she made it feel smooth, easy, and much faster than it actually was. Her hospitality and professionalism were top notch from start to finish. Anna Johnson at T-Mobile patiently helped an old man navigate setting up a new account with 2 new Iphone 17s. She spent over 2 hours helping me! Best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere for a long long time! I’m very happy I finally left Verizon after 26 years.
Had a TERRIBLE experience with trying to upgrade my phones. I had an hour long online chat with a T-Mobile representative who told me I could get $630 for the iPhone13's I was trading in and the fee for two upgrades up front was $198. To be able to trade in my phones directly, the representative suggested I complete the transaction in store so they could be credited immediately.
