I haven't been to this location in 10 years. I was directed within the system to go there, picking up an upgrade phone. No issues at the store. Just so you know, T-Life app along with a paired assistant on the phone guided me through the process.
Came in for a screen protector warranty and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
It's not there anymore I don't know why they're closing all the T-Mobile stores down I heard they want to do everything online how am I going to transfer all of my information on my old phone to my new phone without any T-Mobile stores or anyone to help me I don't think it's right for them to close all of those stores like that
Allen in the Little Falls store was a lifesaver. He fixed problems that the shady Boonton Store created with our account. He was patient, helpful, and courteous and took his time with us. We are extremely satisfied with Allen, the service, and the whole staff in this store.
Allen is the best! We went to a third party store to make some changes to our plan and get some new phones, when all was said and done our plan was all messed up and the cost had nearly doubled. Allen got our plan back to what it should have been and took the time to make sure we were happy with everything! Now we have our new phones and our plan is better and cheaper than before we started this process! Thank you Allen!
