Very disappointing experience at this T-Mobile store. I came in looking for help because I have continued to be charged since April for a service that I had already asked to cancel, and the charges now total more than $1,000. When I requested the cancellation, my intention was to cancel the entire account. I am now being told that another number remained active, even though that number had no phone, device, or service that I was actually using. Julio was fantastic! He was very informative, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. Excellent customer service—thank you, Julio! Highly recommend!
Worst service! The store and Customer Service cant help with a simple issue. They tell me conflicting things and don’t work to resolve the issue. I’ve transferred to a different carrier.
I had a bad experience with an employee, but the managers intervened and rectified the situation, which I appreciated.
Beware of this girl Derricka. I went in looking for new phone and I hadn't decided yet as I was only looking to get a new phone because I ran out of storage. (I am not a big tech fan so i didnt know about other options and she never bothered to let me know) she sold me pn adding lines (which i didnt need but wouldnt mind) that would essentially be the same cost of getting a new phone .
