Beware of this girl Derricka. I went in looking for new phone and I hadn't decided yet as I was only looking to get a new phone because I ran out of storage. (I am not a big tech fan so i didnt know about other options and she never bothered to let me know) she sold me pn adding lines (which i didnt need but wouldnt mind) that would essentially be the same cost of getting a new phone . *Highly recommend!* My new phone/switch process was smooth from start to finish, thanks to Sammy and Julio — with a shoutout to Marisela, who set expectations perfectly the day before so there were no surprises. Sammy in particular was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient — the kind of service that reminds you excellence in this industry isn't dead. Julio was right there making it a team effort too.
