Not helpful I because I'm black and my parole officer called up here and told staff to not give me help
Was told they can't help me with anything other than sales tells you to call the help line when you tell them the help line is telling us different answers everyday we call they still say there's nothing they can do. Clearly don't want your business canceling my lines and moving to a new service because clearly some how Verizon and others like them are willing to help you with anything transfers canceling etc but T-mobile?
