I had technical issues with my I Phone and needed help. The staff were very friendly and patient even though they were working on a holiday. Mikayla was very knowledgeable and was able to correct the issues.
Had a great experience today the whole entire staff was very friendly helped me with exactly what I wanted to do. Was very accommodating with my kids. Couldn't ask for a better experience in this industry thank you
Not incredibly rude, but not helpful either. Contrasting information was given to me from this location versus another out of state location regarding phone trade ins. I was told by a different location I had 30-days to trade in my phone and could ship or walk in and drop off, which I preferred since I needed to backup data, transfer info, etc. At first, the gentlemen at this Paso location stated he could not help me by taking the phone because it would require several “calls for approval” since the T-Mobile plan updates.
