Not incredibly rude, but not helpful either. Contrasting information was given to me from this location versus another out of state location regarding phone trade ins. I was told by a different location I had 30-days to trade in my phone and could ship or walk in and drop off, which I preferred since I needed to backup data, transfer info, etc. At first, the gentlemen at this Paso location stated he could not help me by taking the phone because it would require several “calls for approval” since the T-Mobile plan updates. I had a amazing experience here. Both Jason and Mikayla were both very helpful. I will come back here again for anything tmoblie related service.
We went into the store after 5 hours of frustration on the phone trying to move our service from Verizon to T Mobile. Ethan helped us. He was pleasant, kind, and efficient. Got it done, helped us set up our app and even showed us our discounts. Great service!
Employees were very helpful.
