Sean did great, good customer service, very professional
Nora, the general manager of this store, had the nastiest attitude with me on 5/23. She should not be working in customer service and she certainly shouldn't be in a managerial position. I'll spare all the details of what I was trying to get done at the store, just avoid her if you can. This is a separate issue, but bothersome nonetheless...she had a rainbow peace sign sticker with the text "Be Yourself" on her computer facing the customers. Came in to upgrade my phone and was help by Caleb Hennis, he was professional, knowledgeable and more importantly he didn't try to upscale me on a product I had no interest in. I went in expecting to be there for a hour or more but Caleb had me in and out in about 30mins. GREAT SERVICE!!!
