Aziz did a better job than any other rep I've worked with! He got my husband and I new phones, a new plan, and a new WiFi set up for a cheaper price than what we were originally paying with better benefits! Highly recommend him!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Joseph was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely clueless about my account. I came in with simple questions about unexplained charges and rebates I was supposed to receive, and he couldn't answer a single one or provide any meaningful help. So am wondering why this particular guy is so mean to people. Like what the heck. Some of the guys that work there look really frustrated like they do not like their jobs. I can tell when people pretend. This guys is so mean and nasty. I will not call his name. Just be careful and you will see for yourself.
