Terrible management
Big shout out to Kathy who has helped me FINALLY solve billing issues I've been dealing with since January. I had to visit multiple stores and call customer care for months, while she directed me and helped me solve my issues on her first try. Well deserved manager position!
I came into this store to upgrade my husband's phone. The man that helped us explained that there was a promotion where we could get a new Samsung watch with the new line that applied to our account. I rightfully understood that this would mean adding a new line. When we were sitting down transferring all the information, Kat (the manager) came over and said that it was a free watch.
